Prime America began its operations in Southern California on June 1, 1989 as a
local delivery company. From one truck 20 years ago, Prime America has
become a National LTL and TL carrier with a deep-rooted commitment to service
and a focus on providing a full suite of transportation logistics. Headquartered in
Los Angeles with terminals in every U.S. region, Prime America provides its
services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our fleet includes late-model conventional tractors, 53-foot air ride logistics
trailers, and 24-foot-box straight trucks. All equipment is maintained through our
strategic alliance with Penske and XtraLease. Our four warehouse terminals are
state-of-the-art facilities. We take great pride in the advanced technological
infrastructure that supports our day-to-day operations. Prime America customers
can be confident that their orders are continually and securely tracked 24/7
through GPS technology.
